Cesar Azpilicueta’s contract with Chelsea has been extended till summer 2023, as per Sky Sports.
Chelsea’s 32-year-old skipper will stay on at the club amidst sanctions after Roman Abramovich was forced to put the club up for sale.
His contract had an automatic extension clause that would be triggered if he played a certain number of games, which he completed earlier this month.
