Mateo Kovacic stepped up his recovery from injury today as he took part in Chelsea training at Cobham:


The midfielder missed Chelsea’s last three games after being subbed off in the FA Cup semi-final.

The Blues did not perform very well in these games, barely beating West Ham, losing to Arsenal, and drawing against Manchester United.
We’re not sure if Kovacic can play a part in Sunday’s game against Everton, but he should be okay to return against Wolves on May 7. It’s good to see the midfielder back in training, that’s for sure!
