Erik ten Hag has requested the Manchester United board to sign Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea before the transfer window ends, reports French journalist Nabil Djellit.
Chelsea are reportedly open to selling Ziyech, who failed to work wonders at Stamford Bridge following a move from Ajax. So far, AC Milan have discussed a transfer with the club.

However, board members at United are split over signing the 29-year-old, who only scored four times in the Premier League last season.
But don’t let those numbers fool you – Ziyech thrived under Ten Hag during their time together at Ajax and could do that once again at United.
