As per ESPN, Neymar has decided to leave Paris-Saint Germain after finding out that the ‘club are happy for him to depart’.
There are only a few clubs that could sign the Brazilian and one of them is Chelsea. ESPN add that contact has been made with the Blues over the possibility of a transfer.
Todd Boehly wants to make ‘a big statement in the transfer market’ and there can be no one better for that than Neymar.
Neymar’s agent, Pini Zahavi, is working to identify other potential suitors but is ‘aware only two or three teams would be able to come close to the money that Neymar earns at PSG.’

It is unknown if Chelsea will be able to match that, as it would make Neymar the highest-earning player in the Premier League by some distance. No transfer fee has been mentioned at this time.
