As per the reliable Fabrizio Romano, Erik ten Hag has decided to keep both Donny van de Beek and Marcus Rashford in his plans for next season.
Ten Hag is ‘really happy’ with Van de Beek’s approach, having managed him at Ajax before. The Dutch midfielder does not expect special treatment from Erik but clearly, he has been working hard.
Rashford, on the other hand, endured an underwhelming 2021/22 season where he also underwent shoulder surgery.

With his contract expiring in 2023, he was linked with an exit but Romano understands Ten Hag is pleased with Rashford’s impact.
As a result, both Rashford and Van de Beek will go nowhere this summer. Instead, they will continue working under Ten Hag and be part of his plans for a much-awaited 2022/23.
