Neymar has finished his fifth season with Paris Saint-Germain and there have been rumors of him leaving the club this summer.
Asked where he wants to see his national teammate, Thiago Silva said (via the Metro): “You have to go to Chelsea. If it happens, it will be for the best.
“He needs no comments… so far, I don’t know anything, but I hope it comes to fruition.”
Neymar has three years left on his current deal and Chelsea have been previously linked with him. It remains to be seen if the Blues make a bid for him but agent Thiago seems to be on the case already!

Recall that Thiago and Ney are close pals having played together at Paris Saint-Germain and as well as playing together with the Brazil national team. Thus, the 37-year-old defender knows for sure his former PSG teammate’s potential.
